When does my BroBizz work when I recently updated my credit card information
If your BroBizz had been blocked before you updated your credit card information, you should be aware of the varying amount of time it can take until you can use your BroBizz again. The timespan depends on which tollbooth you want to use your BroBizz at and whether or not you have a local- or discount agreement with said tollbooth.
A local agreement could for example be a Club Storebælt agreement with Storebælt bridge, an agreement with the ferries, a BroPas agreement with Øresund bridge or an AutoBizz Smart agreement with Helsingør-Helsingborg. You will be able to use your BroBizz 2 hours after you updated your credit card information if you have a local- or discount agreement.
If you are using your BroBizz somewhere where you do not have a local- or discount agreement, the following is applicable:
If you updated your card before 7:00 P.M., you can use your BroBizz on the next day after 7:00 A.M.
Example: You have updated your card on Monday evening before 7:00 P.M. Your BroBizz is ready to be used on Tuesday at 7:00 A.M.
If you updated your card after 7:00 P.M., you will first be able to use your BroBizz on the second day at 7:00 A.M.
Example: You have updated your card on Monday evening after 7:00 P.M Your BroBizz is ready to be used on Wednesday at 7:00 A.M.
