Once you have updated information about your payment card, it can take 10 minutes before My Account has been updated with your new card information and for the change in status for your BroBizz.
Note that if your BroBizz was blocked before you updated your payment card, when BroBizz can be used again may differ depending on the operator.
If you have a local or discount agreement with the toll station you use, e.g. Club Storebælt agreement for the Storebælt Bridge, or a Ferry Bizz agreement or BroPass agreement with Øresund Bridge, you must wait 2 hours before using your BroBizz after updating your payment card.
If you use your BroBizz in a place where you have no local or discount agreement, the following will apply:
- If you updated your card before 7 pm, your BroBizz will be unblocked the next morning at 7 am.
For example: You update your payment card on a Monday by 7 pm. BroBizz will be unblocked for use on Tuesday at 7 am.
- If you update after 7 pm, your BroBizz will be unblocked two days later at 7 am.
For example: You update your payment card on a Monday after 7 pm. BroBizz will be unblocked for use on Wednesday at 7 am.
