There are two options for updating your payment card:
- By logging in to My account at brobizz.com
- By logging in to the BroBizz app, which you can download via the link at the bottom of this page.
Remember: It’s important that you always have a valid payment card or fuel card associated with your BroBizz and your PayByPlate - you will then avoid paying any fees or being stopped at a toll station.
Once you have logged into My Account, select the green ‘Replace payment card’ button. You will then see an overview of the agreements you have associated with your payment card(s).
It is quite simple:
- Select the payment card you wish to update - if you have several agreements associated with a card you can select the agreements you would like to update.
- Follow this by entering the information of the new payment card and press ‘Register the credit card’.
The BroBizz app means that you always have an easy and quick option to update your payment card - both for your BroBizz and PayByPlate. Download the app (App Store / Google Play) – the app is free of charge.
Note: You cannot use the BroBizz app to replace your payment card if you pay by invoice as a business customer. Please use My Account instead.
