My Account is BroBizz A/S’s self-service portal, where you can easily view and change your products and personal data. Here you can also order an extra BroBizz or PayByPlate. Here you can also view transactions made either on your BroBizz or PayByPlate agreement and print out your data.
- As a new customer, you need to sign up as a customer via our order flow.
- After signing up you will receive an order confirmation. Here, your new customer number will appear.
- After receiving your BroBizz or registration of your PayByPlate agreement, you will receive a password, so that you can log into My Account and administer your agreement.
- Log in by entering either your email address, BroBizz customer number,
Bizz number or user name. - If you have forgotten your password you can order a new one via “I forgot my password"
- If you are unable to log in using your email address, this may be because your email address is associated with multiple accounts, and you must therefore use your customer number or BroBizz number instead.
On My Account you can, for example:
- Order BroBizz and PayByPlate
- View applicable BroBizz and PayByPlate agreements
- Open and close BroBizz and PayByPlate agreements
- Update payment card
- View usage
- Update your master data
- Print your payment requests or specifications
- Create a time limit for trips and create an overall statement of these.
