Why does BroBizz A/S now bill us for our passages and annual fees from Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg?
BroBizz A/S has taken over the administrative tasks with regard to billing for passages with Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg, as well as annual fees for these agreements. Benefits and discounts linked to your agreements with Scandlines HH will continue as before.
Who should the payment request/invoice be paid to?
You should make payment to BroBizz A/S, which is noted on the payment information on the front of your payment request.
We have a new address - where should we send this information?
All your basic information can only be changed through BroBizz A/S. This can easily be done in My Account in the menu "My Information".
We want to terminate our SMART agreement with Scandlines HH - what do we do?
If you no longer wish to have a SMART agreement tied to your Bizz, you must contact Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg by phone +46 42 186120 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We want to terminate our Bizz - what do we do?
If you no longer want your Bizz device, return the device to BroBizz A/S:

DK-1601 Copenhagen V, Denmark
Once BroBizz receives the device, the agreement will be terminated, including all associated agreements.
Note: If you have a Bizz from Øresund Bridge (Bizz numbers begins with 46001, 6048 or 6377), this must be returned to Øresund Bridge.
We want to order an extra Bizz - how do we do that?
You can order an extra Bizz device at Brobizz.com under My Account in the menu "Order extra Bizz".
Can the currency of our charges be changed?
If you wish to be charged in a different currency in your SMART agreement, you must contact Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg by phone +46 42 186120 or email at email@example.com.
