When a valid BroBizz arrives at a toll station, where payment by Bizz is accepted, the toll station will read the BroBizz number.
Upon arrival, it is up to the operator’s (e.g. the Øresund Bridge) toll station to determine the price for passage. This can occur with the aid of electronic measuring of the length and weight of the vehicle, although subject to any special agreements entered into between the BroBizz device and the operator.
BroBizz A/S does not determine the price for transactions made via a BroBizz. The BroBizz device is exclusively a payment method, as with any other payment card.
Questions regarding agreements with other operators, including A/S Storebælt’s Club Storebælt, the Øresundbro consortium’s BroPas agreement, Scandlines’ Smart agreement for Helsingør - Helsingborg, must be directed to the company (the operator) you have the agreement with. BroBizz A/S has no access to the agreements you make with other companies.
Transactions made on a BroBizz can be viewed at My Account. BroBizz A/S receives transactions from the companies/operators where the BroBizz device has been used as a payment method. This is the same information that will appear under My Account.
Specific questions related to a transaction made on a BroBizz must be directed to the place that forwarded the transaction to BroBizz A/S. It is the operator’s toll station and possible special agreements associated with your BroBizz agreement that determine the payment at the time of billing. BroBizz A/S is not in possession of this information and questions related to billing and crediting from an operator should therefore be directed to the operator.
