If you wish to cancel your BroBizz, return the device to:

Returned BroBizz devices will be closed, unless otherwise instructed.
Any deposit will be returned to the credit card linked to the BroBizz device if it is returned in a satisfactory condition as described in the terms and conditions for BroBizz Private, point 1.3, and for BroBizz Business, point 2.1.

There is no notice period for a BroBizz device or fee associated with renting a BroBizz.
Note that if you have signed a discount agreement with another company tied to your BroBizz, you must terminate this agreement yourself. This may include the following agreements:
- BroPas agreement with Øresund Bridge
- SMART agreement with Scandlines
