When you drive with your BroBizz in Norway, it is read via the toll stations that are found on the many toll roads. Unfortunately, at certain toll stations in Norway, BroBizz is not always correctly read. That means that your drive/passage is processed manually via a photo.
We therefore recommend that your BroBizz agreement is always updated with your vehicle’s registration number, vehicle type and country of registration. This way your billing will still be processed via BroBizz.
Here is how you do it
- Log into My Account
- Select ‘My BroBizz’ in the menu
- Select ‘BroBizz Overview’
- Select ‘BroBizz Number’
- Click ‘Edit’ and then enter number plate, country of registration and vehicle type.
Keep us updated
If your BroBizz agreement does not contain up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that you will be billed via your BroBizz. The toll station will instead send you a bill for the journey. This often involves a delay of a few months and often with an administrative fee on top of the price.

Remember also to remove the information, e.g. if you no longer have the vehicle.
Since 1 January 2015, it is a requirement that vehicles over 3500 kg be equipped with a valid BroBizz (OBE)
Your BroBizz must be up to date with the correct registration number, type of vehicle and country code. For vehicles weighing less than 3500 kg, we recommend that the BroBizz in use is up to date with the correct registration number, vehicle type and country code.
